€142,000 raised, after a busy year of fundraising. A huge thank you to all who've donated so far.
Rush Athletic have been awarded a Sports Capital Grant to build a much needed allweather training pitch behind the clubhouse. In Winter, all our teams have to travel to other towns to train two nights a week, 400 people travelling out and back. A club allweather training facility will change the lives of everyone in our club in so many ways.

There is still time to donate and get your name on the wall and the funds will be vital to complete the job.
We are getting the builders to put in some exterior pathways etc. that weren't on the original quotation, we also need to buy equipment to maintain it, so we will be going over the initial budget. Therefore any more funds we can get in will be vital.

How Can You Help
All donations big or small will play a vital role in achieving the club's dream of our own allweather training pitch. The Club are currently planning a number of ways for you to make a donation. These will include
Charitable Donation Scheme which allows the club claim a tax benefit on donations over €250
A Number Fundraising Events,
Corporate Donations etc.

There will also be a Donor Wall in our newly renovated Clubhouse.
Allweather Pitch Today 27 Feb 2026
The pitch is waiting on the grass to be laid, hopefully this will start next week. Once that is done, the installer will need three dry days of at least 12 degrees temperature in order to finish the job.
We are almost there, please consider a donation to the project, this will give a huge lift to our club.
